Since my first blog three weeks ago I have been overwhelmed by the response and feedback from boating enthusiasts.

As a result, my listings are rapidly growing, so in the next few weeks I shall be presenting to market a range of Riviera and Princess motoryachts valued between $600K and $3mil.

The new business has also sparked interest in the Buyers Agent option for some people looking to buy.

Selling Tips:
There is a saying in our industry, ‘list your boat for sale with everyone, list it with no one’. I have seen this a fews times recently where sellers assume their boat will get more exposure if listed with a few local marine brokers as opposed to just one.

This invariably results in none of the listing brokers taking ownership or interest in the sale of the boat and subsequently – no investment in a marketing campaign. Human nature naturally prevails and the broker ends up concentrating efforts on his exclusive listings where he is guaranteed a return, the multi listed vessel potentially ends up forgotten and sitting on the back burner.

I have begun putting together the first of my boat maintenance and trouble shooting videos.
It’s a bit of a laugh but I’m sure my presentations will improve with time. As always, feedback appreciated.

Only subscribers like you have access to them, so if you have friends whom you think may benefit, they can register via my website at motoryachtsunlimited.com.au.
On another note, I currently have a buyer keen to purchase a Sunseeker Manhattan 60. Can you please pass my details on if you know of anyone thinking of selling theirs.
Until next week – relax…take the boat
