Riviera 3850 Flybridge "Beach Club" - Rottnest-Ready
I first sold Beach Club in 2020, and it's a real pleasure to bring her back to market. Her current owners have looked after her exactly as a Riviera deserves, with a full annual service, antifoul and polish every year.
A bit of history. The 3850 Open Flybridge first hit the water in 1999, built on the hull of the highly regarded Riviera 4000 Offshore. She was an instant success. The Boating Industry Association named her Australia's Boat of the Year in 1999. Riviera built just 108 of them over six years. As a 2004 model, Beach Club is one of the last off the line, with the benefit of everything Riviera refined along the way.
The 3850 is instantly recognisable by her sweeping curved side windows and a flybridge that's generous for a boat this size. The flybridge is the best seat in the house on the run to Rottnest. Twin Cummins 6BTA 5.9 turbo-diesels at 370hp each (up from the 350hp standard fit) give you an easy 18 to 22 knot cruise, so Rottnest, Garden Island and the Peel are all a comfortable day out.
Below, the layout is classic Riviera. The forward master has a large double bed and plenty of hanging and storage lockers. The starboard guest cabin has two bunks. On the port side, the bathroom has a separate shower stall, vanity and Vacuflush toilet. The galley sits forward in the saloon and serves both the starboard dinette and an L-shaped lounge to port, and the saloon converts to a further double. In the cockpit, the icebox has had a new compressor fitted, and the gas BBQ and cockpit table are included for long days at anchor.
A practical bonus for local buyers: with her adjustable anchor light, she'll fit under the Mandurah foreshore bridge. She is also within the length limit to moor in Herring Bay at the top end of Garden Island (GIFAA membership required).

Brendon Grieve, director of M Yachts Unlimited, has been working in the industry for four decades. Valuing and selling luxury motor yachts has been his specialty since 1997, managing Aquarama Marina Brokers, R Marine Perth, Princess Perth and now M Yachts Unlimited.
Peter Milner has now joined the professional team and also boasts a lifetime of boating and sales experience.
M Yachts Unlimited collaborate with marine brokers from around the country, giving you more scope to find the right boat or sell your existing one. We can also arrange delivery... Anywhere!
Our showroom has no boundary. It extends to marinas around Australia and the world.
During the buying process, M Yachts Unlimited manage the pre-purchase inspections for you, giving you a list of independent surveyors to choose from, then coordinating the test run, out-of-water and mechanical inspections.
Once purchased, every buyer receives an extensive handover: someone to go through the onboard systems of your new or pre-loved boat, plus boat handling tuition if required. And of course, it doesn't just end there...
After-sales service is not a cliché; it is an important part of our business. If required, we will align you with the right technicians in your area to give you that ongoing support.
M Yachts Unlimited produce video tips to help boat owners become more familiar with the operation, diagnosis and possible repairs of onboard systems, making your boating more enjoyable.
M Yachts Unlimited can advise on the range of spare parts you should carry onboard: items common to most luxury boat brands, and those parts which often fail or need replacing when you least expect it.
As members of the Marine Brokers Institute of Western Australia, M Yachts Unlimited maintain registered Trust Accounts, use the industry-standard sales contracts and agency agreements, and operate under the strict code of conduct and rules of practice set out by the Institute.
